Deliveries to You
When your item has been shipped from our warehouse, you will be sent a tracking number via email with which you can track your parcel’s progress. If you do not receive tracking information within five days of placing your order or have any problems using your tracking number, please let us know, and we can assist.
Delivery to business addresses and multiple occupation buildings
We are happy to deliver to business addresses and places of work. If you do specify a business address for delivery, please ensure there will be someone available during normal working hours (e.g. at reception) who can sign for delivery on your behalf as Courier deliver to the address and not necessarily to the named person.

The below policy applies to all retail orders. If you are a trade customer, please contact us directly for more information on returns. Please note that, because of numerous previous issues, we cannot accept any returns or process any replacements for international orders any longer.
How to Return Items to Us
Please inform us within the specified period of time if you would like to return an item, and we will assist you with the free return of your product. A returns form with all necessary instructions will be sent to you. Please fully complete this form in order to ensure timely processing of your return. We will provide you with a FreePost address to which you must ship your product. This way, you will not incur extra charges in order to return your item. If you send the product back to us via an alternative method, please be aware we will not be able to refund you the cost of the return shipping. Prior to sending, please ensure the product is packaged securely so it will not break while in transit. It is generally best to reuse the packaging in which you received the item in order to ensure against damage and reduce waste. We are unable to provide additional packing materials for your return. Items damaged in transit back to us are not covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations and would therefore only be eligible for return if they are covered under our 15 Day Extended Returns Policy. If we receive a return from you, and it is determined that your returned item(s) is not eligible for replacement or refund under our returns policy, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the parcel back to you. If you do not wish to pay these shipping costs, we will hold your returned item(s) in our warehouse for a maximum of two weeks from the date of receipt before it is destroyed. Abuse of this returns policy may result in action being taken by Laughing Bees. Laughing Bees reserves the right to apply and interpret this extended returns policy as it decides is most appropriate.

How pure is our Honey?
Our honey is not adulterated in any form, this is ensured by testing each batch of the Honey we procure. Also, we source our wild honey from the natural bee hives in the forests where there is zero human intervention this ensures that our honey cannot be adulterated.
How long can the honey be stored?
Honey can be stored indefinitely because it does not get spoilt. As our honey is raw and we do not process it, it can get crystallised in colder weathers but this is perfectly fine as it is a natural process.
Can honey be fed to infants?
No, it is not safe to feed any honey to children who are less than 1 year old as they do not have the necessary ability to digest honey. However it is perfectly safe to feed honey to children who are more than 1 year old.
